1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using WonderRush at playwonderrush.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use WonderRush for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. WonderRush is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for a minor to use online services, that consent is required.
3. Guest play and email accounts
You may begin with an anonymous guest save. Guest progress can be lost if browser data is cleared or the device becomes unavailable. You may attach the current collection to an email through a secure passwordless link. You are responsible for controlling access to your email and for not sharing sign-in links. Notify us if you believe your collection has been accessed without permission.
4. Game progress and virtual items
Stars, packs, cards, albums, streaks, and other game elements are virtual features with no cash value. They are not money, property, or transferable financial assets. WonderRush may adjust balancing, correct progress errors, change content, or retire features as the game develops. We will try to avoid unnecessary loss of legitimate progress, but uninterrupted storage is not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse WonderRush. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass security or rate limits; using automation to create accounts, farm Stars, scrape restricted data, or overload the service; interfering with other players; introducing malicious code; impersonating another person; reverse engineering where prohibited activity can lawfully be restricted; or using the service in violation of law.
6. Trivia and educational content
WonderRush is for entertainment and general learning. We work to make questions and explanations accurate, but facts can be incomplete, disputed, outdated, or mistaken. The service is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. If you find an issue, please send the exact question and a reliable source through our contact page.
7. Intellectual property
WonderRush, its branding, interface, original text, game systems, and original artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. References to athletes, leagues, films, television programs, games, food, mythology, characters, teams, or other third-party subjects are descriptive. WonderRush is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties unless explicitly stated.
You may link to public pages and share ordinary screenshots for personal commentary. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, or build a competing database from substantial parts of the service without permission.
8. Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential material or content you do not have the right to share.
9. Availability and changes
WonderRush is an evolving MVP. Worlds, questions, cards, prices, rewards, features, and providers may change. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. We may suspend access that threatens the service or violates these terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonderRush is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of every item of game progress. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonderRush and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or profits arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
